Initial Consultation: Please allocate 15-20 minutes so we can exchange information, get to know one another and take your dog for a 10 minute walk.
Payment: We accept Cash, Checks, Visa MasterCard, American Express, Discover & Apple Pay. Invoices for the previous month's service are emailed on the last day of the month and payment is due by the 10th of the following month. After 10 days a late fee of $20 may be applied.
If service is a onetime drop-in, payment is due in full prior to service.
Cancellation: Please notify us of a cancellation with at least 24 hours notice. Same day walk cancellations will be charged at regular rate.
Keys: Two (2) copies of each client's key is required - a copy for your walker and a copy for the office, in case of emergency. Keys are stored in a secure lock box and numbered so names are not associated with them.
Hours of Operation: We are open 7 days per week from 7am-7pm Monday - Friday. If you need a walk outside these hours please notify us at 310-872-4337 and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
